Herewith a note from my father Fabrizio Bindocci:
After the rains of the last week, temperatures continue to be optimal for the ripening of the grapes.
29-30° C (84-86° F) maximum
18-20° C (64-68° F) minimum
The veraison of the grapes continues even though we are behind with respect to the average.
We continue to drop fruit in our constant quest for quality.
